First visit today, and it didn’t disappoint! The lady at the checkout (I believe she is the owner) was super friendly and super helpful. I really like that they offered some dog treats where you could buy just a couple pieces instead of the whole bag. My girl is a VERY picky eater, so I’ve wasted a lot of money in the past through trial and error. Today, the treats were a big hit, so I’ll go back to the shop tomorrow and get a couple bags. I picked up a couple leashes, too. I like that she offered leashes that don’t have to big, heavy clip. The smaller clips don’t weigh down little dogs. I also love that they are open 7 days a week!

This is a fantastic small business to support. I recently moved to the area and was in need of bathing my dog. They have a great offering to self bath your animal. I really appreciated being able to book my spot online (same day 3/15/2022). The young lady that assisted me was very professional and extremely helpful for my first time ever using such a service. My dog was extremely nervous and she even offered treats to my pup to help. They supply everything, and I do mean everything, needed from shampoo, apron, towels, dryer, and doggie perfume! They offer a loyalty program as well. I can’t rave enough about how great my first experience with this business was and I will definitely be patronizing their establishment again!

Jen Knows The Pet Business! Really Cares About Her Customers And Their Pets. She's Even Delivered Pet Supplies For Us. That's Customer Service, People. The Best Selection Of Natural Dog Treats And Chews. Knowledgeable And Friendly Staff. Always A Great Experience. Also, Where We Get Our Wet Food For Our Pets. Good To Mix With Dry To Get A Well Balanced Diet.

We bought fish from this store. They had a good selection and good prices. We had to wait a few minutes as the store was busy, but we enjoyed looking at the store's forever pets while we waited. Great service as always, and we will for sure be back!

Pet Supply Port is amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful and we found everything we needed. Jen is so knowledgeable and helped us decide on a few calming supplements for our pups before we went on vacation with them. She also gave us valuable advice for traveling overseas with them. We spoke about natural, healthy foods for our pets and other forms of enrichment. We are so happy we stopped by and will definitely be back for more natural pet products and great conversation 😊
